OVERVIEW OF PAGEANT:
The Miss Pueblo County Scholarship Pageant is produced by the Miss Pueblo Pageant Organization.
The Miss Pueblo Pageant Organization is an Independent Pageant not affiliated with any other local, state, or regional pageants.
What does a titleholder do? In addition to reigning until the next pageant, she represents the pageant at public appearances such as the State Fair Parade, and acts as a positive role model for young ladies in our community. Also, titleholders receive many invitations and opportunities to appear at public events.
How is the titleholder determined? Contestants compete in the categories of Interview, Eveningwear, Sportswear, Personal Introduction, and Overall Composite. Only these five categories are used to determine the winner in each division.
Are there optional categories? Yes, for an additional fee, contestants may choose to compete in the optional categories of Talent, Academic, Photogenic and Community Service Awards. Contestants may compete in the Princess Award for no additional fee. These categories are scored separately and have no bearing on the overall titleholder results.
